A Comparison of Protection Lookaside Buffers and the PA-RISC Protection

[摘要] Eric Koldinger and others at the University of Washington Department of Computer Science have proposed a new model for memory protection in single-address-space architectures. This paper compares the Washington proposal with what already improvements to the latter that would provide most of the benefits of the former.
