Laser Doppler Measurement of Atmopsheric Wind Velocity

[摘要] Our presentation consists of two parts: (1) a summary review of laser Doppler principles and applications, and (2) operational design and preliminary laboratory tests of a CO2 laser system for NOAA applications.
