Final Technical and Scientific Report

[摘要] The objective of this project is to study the ultrafast carrier dynamics of in two types of semiconductor quantum dots: self-assembled quantum dots (SAQDs) and patterned quantum dots (PQDs) and to correlate these dynamics with the shape, size and material composition of the dots, thereby obtaining a fundamental scientific understanding of these nanoscale systems.
