Immunophilins and their function in photosystem II assembly

[摘要] In the past funding period, the following lines of experiments have been conducted: to identify the partner proteins for FKBP20-2; to identify the mechanism of CYP38 function; studies on other FKBPs in the thylakoid lumen; to identify the partner proteins for FKBP20-2 using yeast two hybrid and transgenic lines expressing HA-FKBP20-2; to identify the partner protein of CYP38; studies on other FKBPs in the chloroplast.
