Study of p-type ZnO and MgZnO Thin Films for Solid State Lighting

[摘要] This project on study of p-type ZnO and MgZnO thin films for solid state lighting was carried out by research group of Prof. Jianlin Liu of UCR during the four-year period between August 2011 and July 2015. Tremendous progress has been made on the proposed research. This final report summarizes the important findings.
