Selective Dissemination of MARC: A User Evaluation

[摘要] After outlining the terms of reference of an investigation of user reaction to the selective dissemination of MARCrecords, a summary of the types of users is given. Userresponse is analyzed and interpreted in the light of recent developments at the Library of Congress. Implications forthe future of SDI of MARC in a university setting concludethe paper.
