Building and sustaining effective relational contracts in multinational firms

[摘要] The purpose of this thesis is to demonstrate how complex interactions in organizational transactions and behavior can be better understood by using theory related to relational contracts. Further, given this understanding, suggestions are made as to how firms can increase competitive advantage by building and sustaining better relational contracts in their organizations.
