[摘要] This is a progress report for ARPA-sponsored research projects in computer science for the period July 1973 to July 1974. Accomplishments are reported in artificial intelligence (especially heuristic programming, robotics, theorem proving, automatic programming, and natural language understanding), mathematical theory of computation, and protocol development for computer communication networks. References to recent publications are provided for each topic.
