The Statistical Profiles of the Least Developed Countries is a pocket-sized booklet containing basic socio-economic data (one-page per country for all LDCs) to be used as a quick and handy reference tool by all stakeholders.
It includes a map situating LDCs, information on UN criteria for identifying LDCs, their regional distribution as well as their status in the World Trade Organization.
It also contains two charts showing indicators relevant to the formulation of Human Assets Index (HAI) and Economic Vulnerability Index (EVI), with a comparison between different LDC regional groupings as well as with other developing countries.
