[摘要] The proceedings contain 310 papers. The topics discussed include: urban signage design: problems and prospects; estimation of lighting in steel-rolling shops through integral characteristics of the light field; lost heritage: the destroyed temples of Orenburg in the second half of the 18th century; experimental investigation dowel action of longitudinal reinforcement of reinforced concrete beams; effect of gypsum cement composition on tensile fracture initiation from a circular hole in compression; problems of a thermal insulation of multystoried cast-in-place concrete frame buildings in the conditions of extreme north; consideration of an ecosystem from the standpoint of theory and practice of managing production systems; and features of the geological structure and estimation of the extraction potential of the sediments of the bazhenov formation in the territory of Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous Okrug.
