[摘要] This Decree sets forth mandatory requirements for production lines and processing premises for manufacturing of foodstuffs out of grapevine snails (Helix pomatia)and other mollusks, procurement and transportation of grapevine snails (Helix pomatia). The aforesaid requirements shall be applicable to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs carrying out manufacturing of foodstuffs out of the aforesaid molluscs. Flows of raw materials, ready food and waste shall not intersect on processing premis
