Thüringen Water Framework Ordinance.

[摘要] The purpose of the present Ordinance is to implement the Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy. The Ordinance is applicable to the: 1) description, categorization and typification of waters; 2) Compilation and evaluation of waters; and 3) Surveillance, classification and representation of the state of waters.
