Ordinance on Foodstuffs.

[摘要] This Ordinance provides rules relative to the production and placing on the market of food and beverages. It also applies to materials for the handling and manufacturing of food. It prohibits the manufacturing, sale or transport for sale of food and beverages that is adulterated or in bad state or may cause damage or danger to the consumer. The Ordinance provides also for further regulation, inspection, measures of enforcement and penalties for offences.
