Food Quality Act (No. 402 of 1997).
[摘要] This Act empowers the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries to enact rules relative to food in production and placing on the market of agricultural and fisheries products (“food labelling arrangement”) intended for human consumption. The Minister may specify the products to which the rules shall apply. The rules shall aim at safeguarding and enhancing the quality of food.
