[摘要] This Notification sets forth the rules and procedures of and determines the standards for, hygienic and technically appropriate production, processing, conservation, transport, storage and marketing of eggs. The Notification covers eggs produced by Gallus gallus var. domesticus. The incubated eggs, cooked eggs and eggs produced by other poultry are out of the coverage of the provisions of this Notification.
