Agriculture Act 1930.

[摘要] This Act requires the Minister to appoint annually a Board to be called the Board of Agriculture (sect. 2). In the exercise of his powers and duties under this Act and any other enactment which relates to matters of agriculture and related matters, the Minister may consult with, or take the advice of, the Board.
