European Communities (Dietary Foods For Special Medical Purposes) Regulations 2009 (S.I. No. 187 of 2009).
[摘要] These Regulations stipulate that dietary foods for special medical purposes may be placed on the market only if they comply with the provisions laid down in these Regulations and in Commission Directive 1999/21/EC. They prescribe rules and standards for the formulation and use of dietary foods for special medical purposes and classify them in three categories.
