[摘要] The aim of the present Ordinance is to ensure the quality of meat and meat products, as well as of fish and fish products in Austria. It applies to cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, horses and others. To detect specific diseases, animals have to be examined carefully before slaughtering; should any doubt arise, the slaughtering shall not be authorized.
