[摘要] This Federal Law sets the technical standards for the processing, storage, transportation, trade and use of milk and dairy products, including milk-based infant formula. The purpose of this Law is the protection of human health and life, prevention of fraud and the provision of reliable information on the origin and consumer properties of milk and dairy products.
