Ordinance amending the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance and other Ordinances.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance in its consolidated version of 30 June 2003 (BGBl. I p. 1255). In particular, the Ordinance adds article 9a laying down provisions relating to the production of corn brandy; it rewords also article 12 dealing with criminal offences and article 13 concerning penalties.
