Food Stamp Program - Article 2 of Chapter 1 of Title 26 of the Guam Administrative Rules and Regulations.

[摘要] These Regulations provide rules relative to procedures of investigations against individuals suspected of abuse or misuse of the Food Stamp Program. They assign authority to investigate and prosecute alleged offences. The procedures shall include hearings with the Director of Public Health and Social Services.
