Grain Industry (Restructuring) Act 1994.

[摘要] This Act provides for the restructuring of the grain industry, it consists of 62 sections and is divided into seven Parts. The purpose of the Act is to transfer to the Grainco Australia Limited the assets and liabilities of several boards and authorities that were involved in the grain industry (listed in section 2) and to provide for the dissolution of those bodies in order to restructure and rationalize the grain industry in Queensland. Grainco is responsible for the administration of the Act.
