Order No. 383 on hygiene expertise when handling food on ships.
[摘要] The Order applies to Danish merchant ship personnel handling food. The purpose of the regulations herewith set is to ensure that ship personnel is able to demonstrate competency in self-monitoring, control, general microbiology (including food-borne diseases) and hygiene principles (including treatment and storage of food) when handling with food. These competencies shall grant access to applying for food certification.
