Regional Law No. 255-OZ “On regulation of issues related to trade of ethyl alcohol and spirituous liquors”.

[摘要] This Regional Law shall be applicable to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs carrying out retail trade and vending of spirituous liquors. The scope of this Regional Law shall be enforcement of legislation on trade of liquors and consumer protection. Retail trade of spirituous liquors shall be subject to mandatory issuance of licence by licensing authority. The period of validity of licence shall not exceed five years and it shall be subject to renewal at the request of licence holder. Ret
