Ordinance amending the Ordinance on articles of daily use.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Articles of Daily Use Ordinance in its version of 23 December 1997 (BGBl. 1998 I p. 5). In particular, the Ordinace amends, inter alia, article 12 dealing with penalties; and repeals Part 3 of Annex 3 concerning substances with special limitation on their use in the food sector.
