[摘要] Flavouring agents are foods which are required to bare labels (Clause 2). Flavouring agents shall be classified into 3 types: (1) Natural flavouring agent; (2) Imitate of natural flavouring agent; and (3) Synthesized flavouring agent (Clause 3). Clause 5-6 provide for the requirements to be satisfied by labels of flavouring agents.
