Decree No. 661 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on classification, quality and labelling of cocoa and chocolate.
[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities related to classification, quality control and labelling of cocoa and chocolate, Types and quality indices for cocoa and chocolate are listed in the Annex 1. Flavoring materials (aromatizers), vegetable fats, dairy fats and other additives must not exceed 40% of end products. Cocoa and chocolate shall be labelled in accordance with legislative acts related to labelling of foodstuffs.
