[摘要] The Ordinance defines at the outset its scope of application. Article 2 contains a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed, such as "minced meat", "third country", "trade", "processing plants", etc. Article 3 regulates the processing and trade of minced meat and other meat products in general, and article 4 deals with the same issue referred only to Austria.
