Food Legislation Amendment Act 2004.

[摘要] This Act repeals Food Production (Safety) Act 1998, amends the Food Act 2003 and establishes the NSW Food Authority. Amendments to the Food Act 2003 are reported under schedule 1 and deal mainly with the establishment of the NSW Food Authority, its operation, its functions and powers.
