Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 225) B.E. 2544 (2001) Re: Brine for Cooking.
[摘要] Brine for Cooking is prescribed food which is required to bare label (Clause 2). Clause 5 provides for requirements and rules to be satisfied by labels of brine for cooking. Producers or importers of brine for cooking for sale shall follow to the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health, Re: Production Processes, Production equipment, and Food Storage.
