[摘要] This Order, consisting of 11 articles, creates the Romanian Agency for Food Safety - ARSA. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned agency, as a specialized body of central administration, subordinated to the Government and in direct coordination of the Prime Minister.
