[摘要] This Regulation establishes the procedure for compilation and submittal of requests for information managed by the State Service on Safety of Foodstuffs or its territorial bodies and forms of the requests. Access to information shall be ensured through provision of public information in accordance with submitted request for access to public information and open data. Requests for access to information can be submitted by natural persons, legal persons and non-governmental associations of citizen
