European Communities (Direct support schemes) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 309 of 2010).

[摘要] These Regulations declare that the European Communities (Agriculture, Fisheries and Food) (Compliance) Regulations 2009 (as amended by the European Communities (Marketing Standards) (Crops and Oils) Regulations 2010 are applied to the acts of the institutions of the European Union detailed in the Schedule to these Regulations. The 2009 Regulations provide for the appointment of authorized officers and define powers of such officers for purposes of selected EU legislation on biosecurity.
