Regulation No. 8 of 2016 on terms and procedure for the implementation and control of promotional programmes for agricultural and food products.

[摘要] This Regulation provides for terms and conditions for the: submission of proposals for promotional programmes and consequential financial aid or support; approval and implementation for the organization of simple promotional programmes; conclusion of contracts and financial support of simple promotional programmes; control of the implementation of approved regular promotional programmes, here all related to the promotion of agricultural and food products of the Republic of Bulgaria.
