Decree concerning producer responsibility for packing material (2006:1273).

[摘要] This Decree defines duties and responsibility of producers of packing material in the field of safety and suitability of packing, the ecological qualities of packing and the recycling and disposal of packing waste. The definition “producer of packing material” shall include manufacturers, importers of and traders in packing material and those who sell goods that are into such packing material.
