Ministerial Decree No. 309873 establishing additional measures for the avian flu and amending Decrees Nos. 309756/2005 and 309760/2005.

[摘要] The present Decree lays down additional measures regarding the avian flu disease. More specifically biosafety measures for both poultry and wild birds are set forth in article 1 to this Decree. Article 2 establishes protection measures for birds of zoological gardens, pet shops and poultry sold in street markets.
