Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 1348/2013 amending Regulation (EEC) No. 2568/91 on the characteristics of olive oil and olive-residue oil and on the relevant methods of analysis.
[摘要] The present Regulation updates Regulation (EEC) No. 2568/91 as regards the methods of analysis to be followed to determine characteristics of oils. It is stipulated that verification by national authorities or their representatives of the organoleptic characteristics of virgin oils shall be effected by tasting panels approved by the Member States. Annex VI, on determination of erythrodiol and uvaol, is hereby repealed; new Annex XXa, on method for the detection of extraneous oils in olive oils,
