Resolution No. 105/1 of 2003 amending Resolution No. 105/1 of 1998 establishing the necessary requirements for the importation of frozen meat and deep-frozen meat from countries free of the diseases indicated in list (A).

[摘要] This Resolution is composed of 8 articles. Definitions of meat, fresh meat, frozen and deep frozen meat are given in article 1. Importation of frozen meat with 2 expiry dates shall be prohibited (art. 2). Importation of frozen meat shall be allowed on the condition that the label is clear (art. 3). Paragraph 4 of Article 2 of Resolution No. 105/1 is amended as follows: the date of arrival of deep frozen meat (18-20 degrees under zero) in Lebanon shall not exceed 180 days from the date of slaught
