Meat Control (Transport of Meat) Regulations (Cap. 356).
[摘要] These Regulations, made under the Meat Control Act, provide standards of hygiene for the transportation of meat and require a person who wishes to transport meat to obtain a permit from an inspecting officer. The permit shall be in the form as set out in the Second Schedule to these Regulations. Any holder of a permit who uses a carrier or container which does not comply with the standard specifications laid down in the First Schedule to these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence.
