Ordinance amending the Ordinance implementing EU-Regulations on the re-structuring of the Austrian sugar market.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance implementing EU-Regulations on the re-structuring of the Austrian sugar market (BGBl. II No. 295/2007). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 2 dealing with the enforcement of the present Ordinance by the competent Ministry. Furthermore, the Ordinance adds a new Part entitled “Granting of subsidies in Austria”. dealing with the national re-structuring of the sugar industry.
