[摘要] This Ministerial Decree regulates the procedures regarding the treatment of grain and oilseeds at grain elevators and milling and oilseed processing enterprises. Grain and its derivates shall be registered by physical weight rounded to the kilogram. Flour, corn and grit in factory packaging shall be calculated by lot.
