Regulations governing general hygiene requirements for food premises and the transport of food.
[摘要] These Regulations concern hygienic requirements in the handling of food. Handling includes manufacturing, processing, producing, packing, preparing, keeping, offering, storing, transporting or displaying for sale or for serving of means a foodstuff intended for human consumption as defined in section 1 of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972.
