Act relative to dangerous food imitations (Act 1992:1328).

[摘要] The provisions of this Act implement obligations of Sweden resulting from the EEA Agreement. Section 2 defines imitations of food. The Product Safety Act (SFS 1988:1604) shall apply to imitations of foodstuffs, which can harmful effects on the health of human beings. The Marketing Court may prohibit the marketing or importation of such food imitations. (7 sections)
