[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act (BGBl. I No. 13/2006). In particular the purpose of the Ordinance is to transpose the Directive (EU) 2015/2203 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to caseins and caseinates intended for human consumption of 25 November 2015 into Austrian law.
