[摘要] Industrial manufacturing of the following shall be subject to compulsory licensing: (a) alimentary spirits; (b) bulk wine and juice concentrate for the manufacturing of liquors; (c) sparkling wines; and (d) liquors with low alcohol contents except for beer.
