[摘要] This Law, consisting of 11 articles, provides for sanitary requirements for the manufacture, storage, transport, distribution and sale of ice within the State of Pernambuco and creates the sanitary certification. It specifies packaging and labelling requirements and applies to the ice manufacturers for human consumption and/or preservation of food.
