Ministerial Joint Decree No. 91972 establishing Community methods of sampling for the official control of pesticide residues in and on products of plant and animal origin and repealing Decree No. 236429/1983, in compliance with Commission Directive 2002/63/EC.

[摘要] The provisions laid down in this Decree apply to the sampling of products of plant and animal origin in order to determine the level of pesticide residues for the purposes of Ministerial Decrees Nos. 300481/84, 290341/88, 352654/95 and Presidential Decree No. 497/89.
