Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety at Work) (Biological Agents) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 323 of 2010).

[摘要] These Regulations implement, in relation to United Kingdom ships, Directive 2000/54/EC on the protection of workers from risks related to exposure to biological agents at work. The Regulations impose certain duties on employers and other persons in relation to, among other things, assessment of health risks and reduction of risks. They apply certain regulations also to non-United Kingdom ships when they are in UK waters.
