[摘要] This Decree provides for the implementation of the Ordinance on goods quality control (No. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10) and relevant law provisions on: State management over product and goods quality by State management agencies, organizations and individuals engaged; production and/or business organizations operating in the field of product and goods standard and quality control.
