Regional Act No. 14 on bread making.
[摘要] This Regional Act lays down general rules concerning bread making. The aim is the promotion of this activity by ensuring at the same time the quality of bread and related products, modernization of processing methods and protection of consumers. Article 4 specifies the information to be provided to consumers as regards methods and technologies. Article 9 lays down penalties.
